Back to work

 After a few weeks off to rejuvenate on the beaches of the Yucatan Peninsula on the Caribbean side of Mexico, Katherine and are back and ready to sling some tea.  The retail store will be open as usual from 10-4 Tuesday-Saturday or by appointment.  It feels good to be back and to be able to easily make a cup of tea.  Everybody drinks coffee down in Mexico and the water situation makes it very difficult to make your own tea.  We did on occasion make some tea, but it was generally fresh squeezed juices, coffee, beer and of course some very delicious cocktails like mango margaritas, regular margaritas, banana smoothies with rum in them, etc.  The food was absolutely delicious.  We had everything form the Mayan specialty, tikinxic which is a BBQ fish to some of the tastiest fish tacos to some very delicious pita sandwiches.  We also had a few nights of Mediterranean, Thai and Italian food to switch things up a bit.  All in all, we had a wonderful trip and I will post a few pictures here in the next few days for those of you that are interested.
